A main focus of the Day Resource Center is to provide shelter from the extreme Texas temperatures throughout the year. From the dog days of summer to the unexpected icy winter days, the DRC is the only facility providing daytime refuge for homeless individuals.

The Day Resource Center also offers free, safe, and secure storage for the homeless in Fort Worth. This service is geared to indivudals who are involved in case management or currently employed. Hours are available before and after normal operating hours to accommodate work schedules.
